Our History

Impact is an innovative and specialist multi divisional recruitment agency with a brand identity and a passion for providing exemplary levels of service.

 

Launched in 2001 by co-founders Nick Evans and Julia Dosne (nee Sandler) they quickly established the business as a leading secretarial agency within the media and creative industry and built a great reputation as a first class operation within a competitive marketplace.  The business achieved strong growth and success with key business wins including notable and famous media companies such as the appointment to WPP, IPG and Burberry's preferred supplier lists.

 

Ambitious to expand our offering, and responding to our clients demands we launched a specialist HR division in 2010, followed by Finance in 2012.  The last few years have supported the launch of Digital, Creative and more recently, Marketing.

 

Impact has considerably expanded our client base and candidate network in this period and further enhanced our brand in the market place.  A trusted recruitment partner to over 300 businesses within the media, creative, technology, fashion and luxury brand space.

 

Today Impact is based in Shoreditch, we have 21 members of staff and each division is well established and a brand leader within the media and creative industry.

 

We hire against our core values and all our staff are talented recruiters with tremendous passion for the industry.  They each passionately deliver results, via 1stclass service to our candidates and clients.
