BACK TO NEWS & EVENTS

After I made the decision to leave sixth form to pursue my career, I found myself looking in to apprenticeship schemes – made available for people my age. Supposedly, not a lot of people know about these offered schemes, so let me educate you…

The great thing about apprenticeships is that it offers people – aged between 16 to 24 – the opportunities to maintain their studies, but also gain valuable skills in a working environment. Do you want to know something else? At the end of your apprenticeship, you receive a nationally recognised qualification (i.e. level 2 NVQ in business and administration) – what’s not to like!

And so my next chapter begins…hello Impact!

From the moment I started my placement, I felt included and welcomed into this big family. Immediately, I was guided and taught all the processes within the recruitment industry, as well as being exposed to the different areas of the creative world. Within such a small amount of time, I’ve already gained and developed my personal skill – which to me was the main reason for taking the apprenticeship path.

Over these next 12 months, I know that exciting stages lie ahead of me. Not only am I keen, but I am determined to progress further within this fast-paced and thrilling environment! Oh, and did I mention that I’ll gain a Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration (as well as a lifelong experience). No? Well now you know!
