    Most of us will have had sore heads entering 2017, that's all New Year is right?! One big party! It's also a time to reflect on the year that has just past including achievements made and opportunities that have had a positive impact. Moreover, in the New Year a lot of people take time to make plans for the future, resolutions in fact… and not just to hold off on the chocolate or alcohol for a few weeks!

    Making goals is a great aspect of New Year and something that we here at Impact encourage. Whether it be career goals, personal objectives or maybe aims to reach out to family and friends more often - whatever it is! Having a goal in sight is a great way of having the desired motivation to go out there and smash it. Whether you achieve it or not is irrelevant if there are no intentions set in the first place.
