Impact Won the ‘Heart of the City’ Award!

Impact were immensely proud to receive the 'Heart of the City' Award last night at the Lord Mayor's 30th Dragon Awards Ceremony for our project 'Future Proofing Talent through Diversity'. This was developed by our Founders Nick and Jules to assist in the diversification of the media and creative industries' workforces.

We have long recognised that our own and our clients businesses should better reflect the communities in which we operate - in terms of socio-economic disadvantage and BAME communities. We hold integrity and diversity at our core and are passionate about enhancing our clients' businesses whilst providing opportunities to candidates from all areas of society.

As a business with strong relationships with over 500 media and creative clients we had a wonderful opportunity to do something about it by connecting disadvantaged parts of society with these amazing companies.

Our aim is to improve and diversify our own workforce and also partner local communities to raise awareness of the careers available within the creative industries, which will eventually lead to the creation of a new and untapped future pipeline of diverse and talented candidates into the industry.

This is an incredible achievement and our ambition is to be the driving force behind an industry shift in tackling diversity.
