Welcome Hadisah – Impact’s new Interim HR Consultant
Amanda Manning, Impact's Head of HR Division, welcomes Hadisah
Mojadady to her team of specialist HR and Talent recruiters.
Before joining Impact, Hadisah was a hugely successful Interim
Consultant at Brook Street, and bringing her expertise to Impact
fulfils her ambition of specialising in media and creative HR
recruitment. Hadisah's new remit is interim generalist and
specialist HR and Talent roles across our ever broadening creative,
entertainment, tech and brand client base.

Welcome Hadisah and here's a quick Q&A to get to know
her….
Tell us about your experience?
I was a temp and interim Consultant for a well-known high street
agency covering a broad range of industries.
Why did you choose Impact?
I chose Impact because I wanted to specialise in recruiting for
HR professionals within the media sector, but more importantly I
wanted to do it in the right environment. Both Amanda and Jules
have amazing HR experience so it was an easy choice.
From the moment I walked in, I noticed the fun and vibrant
office and instantly found everyone I met with very down to earth
and truly passionate about their job.
How have your first few days gone?
My first few days at Impact have been very fun and informative!
I have already learnt so much about HR Recruitment in the media and
creative industries and am very excited to learn more.
I am really enjoying getting to know everyone in the office and
settling into my new role.
How would you describe the culture and working
environment?
Impact's culture and working environment consists of lots of
fun, hard-working, innovative and definitely passionate people!
What are some priorities for you as our new Interim HR
and Talent Specialist? What type of 'impact' do you hope to
make?
My first priority is to become a true specialist in what I do
and build a network of candidates and clients who will definitely
enjoy working with me! I want to differentiate myself from just
'another recruiter' to being amazing at what I do and providing an
excellent service.
