Gem is a highly able and experienced Senior Consultant specialising in Temporary and Interim Finance recruitment. Before joining Impact, she enjoyed 3 hugely successful years as a Finance Interim Recruiter at both Sheridan Maine and Randstad.
After partnering with media and creative clients, her desire was always to be a true media specialist and Impact is a perfect match. She will specialise in the junior to mid-level interim market and will work across our extensive media, creative and award winning global brand client base.

Welcome Gem and here is a Q&A to get to know her….
Tell us about your experience? This will be my 4th year within finance recruitment specialising within the interim and temporary market. Previously I have won Star Consultant for Q1 & Q2 2018 (H1), as well as Consultant of the month in May and other in house awards since 2015. I have also played integral parts in hosting and creating external and internal events within my previous companies.
Why did you choose Impact? I’ve previously worked in corporate companies however, my main pool of clients have always been within the Media, Marketing and Retail space. Impact gives me the chance to fully focus on that within a creative environment! Impact have the perfect balance of allowing me to be the Consultant I want to be and supporting me along the way.
How have your first few days gone? Great! Everyone has been welcoming and super helpful with any questions I have. I’m excited to get fully immersed and start to help clients find their dream candidates and candidates their dream jobs!
How would you describe the culture and working environment? Professional and personable, you’re allowed to get on with your work and you feel you can approach and speak to anyone here if needed!
What are some priorities for you as our new Interim Finance Specialist? What type of ‘impact’ do you hope to make? A positive one with previous experience, personality, teamed with my new peers I hope to be the go to Interim Finance Specialist for both candidates and clients out there!
