We’re now seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant (Impact Senior Talent Partner) with a proven track record in marketing recruitment to take ownership of a specialist desk, drive new business opportunities, and play a pivotal role in Impact’s next phase of growth. This is a chance to work across both established specialisms and the emerging frontiers of the industry (AI-driven marketing, immersive experiences, creative-tech talent).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running a 360 desk across the marketing space — building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Driving new business development and converting opportunities into high-value client relationships.
- Partnering with brands and agencies to deliver specialist hires across Marketing.
- Identifying and acting on opportunities in fast-growth and emerging sectors.
- Nurturing and expanding deep candidate networks across mid–senior marketing roles.
- Leveraging Impact’s strong market presence and reputation to win and grow client accounts.
- Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious, and people-first team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong track record in marketing recruitment, with demonstrable success in driving new business and high performance.
- Experience growing client accounts, spotting opportunities, and converting them into results.
- Curiosity and insight into emerging marketing trends — AI, immersive, experiential, or creative-tech.
- A consultative communicator, able to build trust and influence at senior level.
- Ambitious, resilient, commercially driven, and motivated by results.
