An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wholesale Sales Director to lead the menswear wholesale business for a respected premium fashion brand.

 

This senior role carries full P&L responsibility and is central to shaping the commercial strategy, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with department stores, specialty retailers, and key wholesale partners.

 

A critical focus of this role is building, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will manage and mentor multiple direct reports, ensuring alignment with brand goals, fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of continuous development. You will inspire the team to deliver exceptional results while embedding best-in-class people practices across the wholesale function.

 

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in luxury or premium menswear, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to balance ambitious growth targets with long-term brand positioning. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, distribution strategy, and ensuring all partner presentations and assortments reflect elevated brand standards.
