About the role.

HR Advisor - Vauxhall
3 days minimum onsite
£42K + 10% bonus

 
We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor/Generalist to join a growing, ambitious business at the heart of the tech/engineering sector. This is a hands-on role where you can make a real difference. The team is around 30 people in their office in SW London, but will significantly increase with contract headcount. We are looking for someone who has worked in a small but ambitious organisation, ideally within tech, engineering or a consultancy.

 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing all HR Operations
  • A point of contact for all People related queries
  • Leading recruitment & onboarding to attract top talent
  • Driving culture, engagement & employee experience
  • Supporting leaders with workforce planning & organisational development
  • Overseeing performance, training & development programmes
 

What we’re looking for:
  • Degree-qualified with 3+ years’ HR generalist experience (ideally in tech/engineering)
  • Experience across recruitment
  • Confident and pro-active with a high EQ
A self-starter who enjoys working in a small office
