Event Manager – Corporate Events Hybrid working £50K - £60K DOE We are partnering with a media powerhouse, who host some of the most well-known events in the UK. Our client is looking for an established Event Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and delivery of high-profile corporate award shows, conferences, and networking events. This is a pivotal role for a dynamic professional who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments and enjoys creating exceptional event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute large-scale corporate events, including award shows, conferences, and networking programs.
- Develop creative event concepts, themes, and agendas that align with brand objectives and industry trends.
- Oversee vendor coordination, contract negotiations, sponsorship management, budgets, and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote events and drive participation.
- Manage end-to-end event operations including registrations, guest engagement, and on-site execution.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in event management, ideally within MICE, corporate award shows, or large-scale business events.
- Strong knowledge of the corporate and media landscape.
- Proven skills in project management, budgeting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- A black book of contacts!
- Flexibility to travel and oversee events across multiple locations as required.
