Head of Media Sales – Fast Growth Digital Media & Content Studio
Total Compensation: £120,000 - £150,000 (base salary + commission)
Based: London


Our client has an opportunity for a Head of Media Sales to drive revenue growth at their fast-scaling digital media studio producing some of the UK’s most-watched video content.


You’ll lead the commercial strategy, build a high-performing sales team, and develop new brand partnerships across video, social, and live formats. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn creative potential into commercial success.

 
What You’ll Do
  • Lead and grow the video sales function, setting strategy and driving results.
  • Build and convert a pipeline of brand and agency partnerships.
  • Package and sell sponsorships, branded content, and campaigns across shows and platforms.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align content with commercial opportunities.
  • Report on sales performance and forecast growth, exceeding revenue targets.
