People Partner - Agency
Based in Central London
Monday - Thursday onsite and Friday wfh
£60K - £65K DOE

One of my clients, a well-established advertising agency with a headcount of 400, is looking to hire a People Partner to join their People team. A newly created role, you will join a hands-on, driven team who get operate in a generalist capacity. We are looking for an operational, hands-on HRBP.....someone who enjoys being close to the detail, supporting managers day to day, and can roll their sleeves up and help with HR Ops as required.

The Role
Working closely with managers and employees across the agency, the People Partner will play a key role in keeping people operations running smoothly while building strong, trusted relationships in the business.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Coaching and advising managers on day-to-day people issues
  • Providing hands-on support with employee relations matters, including TUPE, PIPS, and disciplinary & grievances processes
  • Training and upskilling managers, devising exciting content and delivery training sessions across all the board
  • Managing comms on legislation and polices, ensuring managers all fully up to speed and aware
  • Supporting with HR administration as required - must be happy to get involved in the HR Ops when necessary
  • Ensuring HR policies and processes are adhered too and keeping on top of new legislations

About You
  • 1–3 years’ experience working in an HR Business Partner ideally within a creative/media company or brand
  • Experience of working for a company of 300+ employees
  • Happy to be hands-on and involved in HR administration and operational tasks - We are after hard-working and a team player!
  • Solid grounding in employee relations and HR processes
  • Confident communicator who can build strong relationships quickly
