Operations & Client Manager
Premier Luxury Chauffeur Service
30K + performance based bonus
Part-time - **weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 9am-6pm)
Location: Starting in West London, moving to prestigious Mayfair address in April 2026

A prestigious luxury chauffeur and concierge service is seeking an exceptional Operations Manager to join their growing team, delivering world-class services to ultra-high-net-worth individuals. With over 20 years of excellence, 25,000+ satisfied clients, and a stunning fleet of luxury vehicles, this expanding company are looking for someone who shares their commitment to impeccable service and attention to detail.

This is a unique opportunity combining operations management with client relationship management. You'll be the vital link between the distinguished clientele and the service delivery team, ensuring every journey exceeds expectations.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage daily booking enquiries and coordinate seamless service delivery
  • Build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Ensure flawless communication between clients, chauffeurs, hotels, and service providers
  • Convert enquiries into long-term client relationships
  • Maintain meticulous records of client preferences and special requirements
What We're Looking For
We are looking for top class candidates from diverse backgrounds in luxury hospitality, including:
  • Hotel concierge services
  • Private members' clubs
  • Luxury reservations management
  • Private aviation
  • High-end client relationship roles
Essential Qualities:
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Obsessive attention to detail - precision matters
  • Professional presentation and polished telephone manner
  • Experience serving discerning clientele with discretion
  • Reliability and systematic approach to complex booking
What They Offer
  • Salary: £30,000 per annum
  • Performance bonus: 2.5% of profit from new client accounts you bring on board
  • Working pattern: Part-time, primarily weekends (Saturday, Sunday, Monday: 9am-6pm)
