About the role.

Team Assistant – Scripted Television & Film
London
35-40K

An exciting opportunity has arisen within a growing independent production company creating high-quality scripted television. This is a chance to join a small, ambitious creative team at an exciting stage of growth. Working closely with senior leaders across development and production, you’ll play a key role in supporting projects from early idea through to production. If you’re organised, curious and passionate about TV, this role offers rare and broad exposure to the industry and the opportunity to work closely with experienced industry professionals.

Duties:
  • Coordinating meetings and managing diaries for senior team members
  • Preparing pitch decks, research and development materials
  • Supporting script tracking and development paperwork
  • Researching writers, talent, agents and source material
  • Assisting with production administration and project coordination
  • Working alongside COO and Accountants to provide accounts admin support.
  • Helping maintain organised filing systems and project trackers
  • Welcoming guests and helping run the day-to-day office environment
  • Supporting onboarding of new team members and office processes 
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience as a Team Assistant / PA / Assistant or similar within the TV industry (Scripted preferred)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confident communicator comfortable liaising with agents, creatives and colleagues
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks
  • Genuine interest in scripted television, film or production
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused mindset
