We are working with a leading entertainment company to find a Content Operations Supervisor to join their Content Programming team on an ongoing temporary basis.

This role plays a key part in supporting the delivery and localisation of content across Europe for a major streaming platform. Working closely with global teams, you’ll help ensure content is delivered accurately and on time, contributing to the continued growth of the service across the region.

This is a fast-paced and collaborative position, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting content delivery across EMEA, ensuring assets are tracked and delivered accurately and on time
  • Coordinating localisation workflows and liaising with regional teams
  • Tracking trailers, promos, and upcoming content
  • Working closely with international Content Operations and Technology teams
  • Managing pan-EMEA projects, including documentation updates and data tracking
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting issues, including tracking via internal systems

About You:
  • Experience within content operations, broadcast, or streaming environments
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work across multiple regions and teams
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong interest in entertainment and digital content

Skills & Experience:
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; experience with Airtable is beneficial
  • Comfortable creating presentations (PowerPoint or similar)
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems and processes
