Looking for EA temp work this summer?

We’re working with several creative clients across London who will be needing top‑tier Executive Assistants for last‑minute cover and busy project periods. These roles sit at the heart of fast‑paced, dynamic creative environments, perfect for an experienced EA who thrives on organisation, problem‑solving and keeping senior leaders running smoothly.

These roles may not be live right this moment, but we need brilliant EAs ready to step in at short notice.
The Role You’ll provide seamless, high‑level support to a senior creative leader, managing a constantly shifting schedule and acting as a trusted right hand. Key Responsibilities
  • Complex, ever‑changing diary management
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Organising lunches, bookings and daily logistics
  • Managing personal appointments (medical, family, travel)
  • Supporting travel and holiday planning (via a dedicated agency)
  • Handling personal duties such as errands, household admin and ad‑hoc requests
  • Acting as the central point of organisation during peak periods
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven EA experience supporting C‑Suite level
  • Background in TV, film or the wider creative industries
  • Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
  • Naturally proactive, adaptable and able to anticipate needs
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Discreet, reliable and confident handling both business and personal support
