About the role.

Office & Facilities Coordinator  Contract: Full‑time, fixed term until 27 May 2026 (with potential to extend)
Salary: £50,000 FTE
Start: ASAP
Location: London

We’re looking for a proactive, people‑focused Office & Facilities Coordinator to join an established entertainment company on an immediate‑start contract. This is a great fit for someone who loves keeping a workspace running smoothly, thrives in a creative environment and brings warmth, organisation and initiative to every day. We’re ideally looking for someone with around three years’ experience in front of house and facilities coordination within a busy office or creative setting.
What you’ll be doing
  • Managing all F&B for the office — restocking snacks, unpacking deliveries and being the key contact for the Workplace F&B team.
  • Running reception and visitor management, ensuring guests feel welcomed and supported.
  • Handling post, couriers, maintenance providers and communicating updates to the Workplace/Tech teams.
  • Proactively identifying and delivering office improvements — whether physical fixes, process tweaks or better ways of working.
  • Managing office supplies, inventory and general facilities needs.
  • Supporting company socials, internal events and team celebrations.
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, including AV/casting support and refreshments.
  • Helping with onboarding/offboarding, team gifts and life‑event moments.
Who we’re looking for
  • Someone immediately available and genuinely interested in temping or short‑term contracts.
  • Around three years’ experience in Front of House and facilities coordination within a busy office environment.
  • Previous experience working in a global media company or fast‑paced creative/entertainment setting.
  • A friendly, proactive person who naturally takes ownership and keeps the office running smoothly.
  • Someone confident managing visitors, couriers, F&B restocks, meeting rooms and day‑to‑day office needs.
  • A strong communicator who keeps teams updated and spots improvements before anyone else notices.
  • Someone who enjoys supporting team culture — socials, celebrations, onboarding and general team moments.

We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
