The Role
You’ll partner closely with managers across the business, providing hands-on HR support and tackling a range of people challenges. We are looking for someone proactive and reactive in a fast-paced environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for managers on all ER matters, and be comfortable handling cases at volume
- Coach and upskill managers, and offer support and guidance
- Support organisational change processes including restructures and redundancy
- Advise on company policies, and communicate new legislation to the business
- Manage appraisals, probation periods, absence management and leavers
- Handle HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Produce reports and stats to identify trends across the agency
- Build trusted relationships across all levels of the business
- Deliver on wellbeing initiatives
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience working for a media agency or have exposure to a similar environment
- Strong ER experience including PIPs, absence, disciplinaries and grievances
- A strong multi-tasker, comfortable working with ambiguity
- Someone who can start ASAP
