Ideally free throughout the whole of summer

 
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and detail-focused Assistant to support their Philanthropy Team in a leading arts organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has strong administration skills, a genuine interest in the arts, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.

You’ll be supporting with:
  • Managing and updating databases with excellent attention to detail
  • Providing general administrative support to the Development & Philanthropy team
  • Coordinating team activities and helping keep things running smoothly
  • Supporting membership administration, including welcome and renewal communications
  • Handling calls and responding to supporter enquiries
 

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly organised with great admin skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- A confident communicator with a friendly approach
- Interested in the arts, culture, or charity sector
- A recent graduate or someone looking to build experience in a fundraising environment
 

This is a lovely opportunity to gain experience within a world-renowned arts organisation and be part of a supportive team.
