Executive Assistant (EMEA)
Global Media & Entertainment Company
£185-200 per day | 6-month contract
Hybrid (5 days)

We’re partnering with a leading global entertainment company to find an agile, confident Department Assistant to support Directors and VPs across differing departments across the company.

This role is all about stepping into fast-moving teams and providing seamless support during periods of change or increased demand.

You’ll bring structure, discretion, and calm to complex environments, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple leaders and time zones
  • Coordinate global travel end-to-end
  • Process expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Support team initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects
  • Quickly integrate into new teams and add value from day one
  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across stakeholders

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting senior leaders
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Strong judgment and ability to work independently
  • Clear communicator with a professional, discreet approach
  • Confident building relationships across teams
