What You’ll Do
- Manage complex calendars across multiple leaders and time zones
- Coordinate global travel end-to-end
- Process expenses accurately and efficiently
- Support team initiatives, events, and ad hoc projects
- Quickly integrate into new teams and add value from day one
- Build strong relationships and communicate effectively across stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: minimum of 4 years' experience providing high-level support to senior leaders within a global entertainment company or luxury brand
- Highly organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Strong judgment and ability to work independently
- Clear communicator with a professional, discreet approach
- Confident building relationships across teams
