- Own workplace systems, processes and operational improvements
- Build excellent relationships with employees, vendors and key stakeholders
- Manage Health & Safety, including DSE assessments, risk assessments and workplace compliance
- Oversee workplace services, suppliers, hospitality and office standards
- Support workplace projects, including an exciting upcoming office move
- Partner with the Workplace Coordinator to deliver a seamless employee experience
- Use data, technology and emerging tools to continually improve how the workplace operates
About youYou'll already have experience within Workplace Management and be looking for a role where you can take real ownership rather than simply keep things ticking over. You'll be someone who enjoys solving problems, spotting opportunities to improve processes and building relationships with people across every level of the business. You're naturally proactive, adaptable and happy switching between strategic thinking and rolling your sleeves up to get things done.
Experience within a technology, scale-up or fast-paced business would be highly advantageous, as would exposure to workplace systems, office projects or business change. You'll also be curious about how technology – including AI and automation – can help improve operational efficiency, even if you're still developing your knowledge in this area.
Most importantly, you'll genuinely understand the value an exceptional workplace has on employee engagement, collaboration and business performance, and be excited by the opportunity to help shape it.
If you're looking for a role where you'll have autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a visible impact within a collaborative, ambitious business, we'd love to hear from you.
