People Partner - ProductionLondon - 5 days onsite£45K - £50KWe’re working with a fast-growing, high-energy organisation operating across venues, events, experiences and culture, and they’re looking for a People & Talent Partner to join their team.
We're looking for someone hands-on, commercially minded and naturally curious. Someone who enjoys variety, can juggle competing priorities and genuinely thrives when things are moving quickly.
What will you be doing?
This is a genuinely broad People role, giving you exposure across the full employee lifecycle.
- Point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters.
- Support ER cases including PIPS, absence management, disciplinaries and grievances
- Improve HR processes and implement workflows.
- Work closely with managers on performance reviews, feedback and development.
- Support learning and development initiatives and identify training needs.
- Support the TA Lead with recruitment initiatives during busy periods
- Support employee engagement, wellbeing and DEI initiatives.
- Provide occasional support across office operations and the wider employee experience.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone with solid generalist HR experience who is ready to take their career to the next level.
You’ll have:
- Strong HR generalist experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Experience handling ER cases
- Exposure to recruitment and onboarding.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Confidence building relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
- A genuinely hands-on, can-do attitude — you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
- Be confident with systems - ideally HiBob, Humaans or similar.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around people data and processes.
- The ambition to develop your HR career and broaden your strategic exposure.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience; Level 5 would be advantageous.
The personality matters
More than anything, we’re looking for drive and attitude.
You’ll be someone who:
Gets stuck in. You’re happy doing the detail as well as contributing to bigger People projects.
Thrives in the chaos. You can prioritise, stay calm and keep things moving when there are 20 things happening at once.
Wants to grow. You’re ambitious and hungry to learn, with the opportunity to work closely with senior People colleagues and build your strategic HR skillset.
Is commercially curious. You understand that HR exists to support the people
and the success of the business.
Takes ownership. You see something that needs doing and get on with it rather than waiting to be asked.
Enjoys people. You’re approachable, confident and comfortable building relationships across a diverse and fast-paced organisation.
We’re expecting a high level of interest in this role, so unfortunately we’ll only be able to respond to candidates who are shortlisted. Thank you so much for taking the time to apply!
