We're looking for a bright, curious and creatively minded Project Officer to join a small team within a highly prestigious organisation.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys exploring ideas, connecting information and turning research into compelling stories. You'll work closely with senior leaders on a diverse programme of projects and engagements, combining thoughtful research, excellent writing, creative presentation and hands-on coordination.
The role
- Coordinate projects, events and engagements, keeping plans, people and priorities on track.
- Research a broad range of subjects, distil complex information and identify the insights that matter.
- Create engaging presentations, briefings and reports, bringing ideas to life through strong writing and visual storytelling.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring work is well coordinated and delivered to a high standard.
About you
You'll have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills and experience in a demanding professional environment. Your experience will be UK based and might span consulting, research, communications, creative strategy or project and event management.
What matters most is how you think. You're intellectually curious, organised and articulate, with the creativity to see things differently and the judgement to handle sensitive work with discretion. You're comfortable managing competing priorities, adapting when plans change and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
