About the role.

Senior Business & Private EA - Luxury Retail Brand
£70,000–£80,000 DOE | West London | Hybrid

An exceptional opportunity for an accomplished EA who thrives on supporting a dynamic, entrepreneurial and highly intelligent leader.
We are working with a successful, internationally recognised luxury consumer brand to recruit an outstanding Senior EA to support a senior leader heading up an exciting, rapidly expanding division.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a creative, forward-thinking organisation with an exceptional reputation, a genuinely lovely culture and ambitious growth plans.

This isn't your average EA role, and it won't suit everyone.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with strong, unconventional personalities and has the confidence, emotional intelligence and experience to navigate a demanding and occasionally intense working environment. You'll need to be exceptionally organised and proactive, but equally important is your ability to read the room, challenge diplomatically and bring a calm, grounded presence.

The role
A true 1:1 partnership, combining senior-level business support with an element of private PA responsibilities. You'll be responsible for:
  • Complex diary management, international travel and acting as an effective gatekeeper.
  • Managing competing priorities and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting leadership meetings, presentations and business projects.
  • Anticipating needs, troubleshooting issues and bringing structure to a fast-moving environment.
  • Handling highly confidential business and personal matters with complete discretion.
  • Acting as a trusted right hand and sounding board.

About you
We're looking for an experienced EA who combines exceptional organisational ability with warmth, confidence, resilience and sound judgement.
You'll ideally have:
  • At least five years' experience supporting senior executives, ideally at CEO, Founder, MD or C-suite level.
  • Experience working with demanding or unconventional personalities.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the confidence to push back when needed.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, patience and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • A warm, personable nature, a good sense of humour and absolute discretion.
Experience within luxury, retail, premium consumer brands or international businesses would be advantageous, although we're open to other backgrounds.

Why join?
You'll be joining a hugely successful, creative and growing global business, working within an exciting innovation-led division alongside a genuinely supportive and welcoming team.
The executive you'll support is highly intelligent, personable and appreciative of those around him. While the role will undoubtedly have its challenging moments, it offers real autonomy, variety and the opportunity to build a genuinely influential working partnership.

If you're an exceptional EA who enjoys interesting personalities, thrives on responsibility and knows how to bring both warmth and authority to a demanding role, we'd love to hear from you.

We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and welcome applications from all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.
