This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a new venue's marketing from launch, building its audience, establishing its identity and driving ticket sales across a varied programme of gigs and events.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing, ticket sales and brand development for a brand-new live music and events venue in London.  If you're passionate about live music, understand what drives ticket sales and want to make your mark on a new venue, we'd love to hear from you.

Build the venue's brand, grow its audience and establish its social media presence from launch.
Work closely with promoters, artists, agents and internal teams to coordinate campaigns and maximise ticket sales.
Brief and manage photographers, videographers and designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Analyse ticket sales and campaign data, adapting marketing activity to improve performance.
Manage multiple shows, campaign timelines and on-sale dates, ensuring activity is delivered efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Solid experience marketing and selling tickets for live music, club nights, gigs, festivals or events.

Confident building relationships with promoters, artists, agents and creative teams.

You’ll get:
The opportunity to shape the marketing and brand of an exciting new London venue from day one.
A senior position with genuine autonomy and responsibility for commercial results.
Collaboration with an experienced creative, marketing and bookings team.
Opportunities to develop as the venue and wider business grow.
