Assistant Marketing Manager
Fast growing retail brand
Hayes, West London
Hybrid (1 day from home)
£40-£45K

Must Haves:
  • 360 marketing skills in a consumer brand
  • Hands on digital and social media skills
  • Performance analysis and reporting


We’re looking for a hands-on Assistant Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing, well-established consumer brand with a strong UK presence and a sizeable marketing operation.

This is a broad, multi-channel role for someone who can work strategically but isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and get things done.

You’ll work closely with the senior Marketing & DTC team to deliver campaigns that build the brand, drive sales and improve customer experience.

You’ll take ownership of:

Social media & influencer activity, including paid social and community management
Digital marketing – PPC, SEO, display and website activity
Performance reporting & analysis, using tools such as Google Analytics
Supporting the development of TV advertising campaigns
Retail & e-commerce marketing, working closely with sales and retail partners
Events, exhibitions & experiential activity
Managing and briefing external agencies and suppliers
Managing and developing a Marketing Executive
Bringing new ideas and constantly looking for ways to improve performance

About you:

Solid marketing experience in a consumer-facing environment
Strong digital marketing experience across PPC, SEO, display and social
Experience managing media/PR or other external agencies
A good understanding of e-commerce and retail marketing
Experience managing or mentoring junior marketing talent
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to improve performance
Marketing degree/CIM qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
