About the role.

Hybrid – 3 days in office | Up to £40,000
Renowned Media Company

A fast-paced, creatively ambitious in-house team is looking for a Artworker to join their growing studio.

This is a newly created role designed to strengthen artworking and retouching capability across a busy design and photography team. The aim? To free senior designers to push creative boundaries, while ensuring campaigns and commercial assets are executed flawlessly and efficiently.

The Role

This position will focus approximately:
  • 60% Artworking – adapting and rolling out existing brand assets across multiple formats
  • 40% Retouching – supporting photography and commercial imagery for campaigns
  • Projects span outdoor advertising (billboards, bus ads), tender mockups, social assets, email campaigns and broader commercial print and digital creative. It’s varied, hands-on work — less about repetitive production, more about agile, ad hoc creative support with quick turnaround expectations.
  • The role reports into the Design Manager and works closely with photographers, designers and studio management.

What They’re Looking For

Personality and mindset matter more than seniority.

They’re keen to meet someone who is:
  • Junior to mid-weight level
  • Confident in artworking within Adobe Creative Suite
  • Figma a bonus
  • Comfortable with commercial retouching
  • Curious about design
  • Collaborative, upbeat and willing to flex across tasks
  • Ideally with Design Degree or background
  • Happy working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment

Agency or in-house backgrounds are equally welcome — adaptability and attitude are key.

Culture & Working Pattern

This is a collaborative, in-person creative environment with a structured hybrid model:
  • Three days per week in the office
  • Including two Mondays and two Fridays per month
  • The team is intentionally building a stronger creative culture and values people who want to be present, engaged and part of something growing.
