Content Marketing Manager (B2B)
£55-65k

Essential requirements, read before applying:

Our client is an established leader in the field of facilities management and construction with a 15 year heritage and a central London office of c. 300 people.

This is a brand new role for the business, with the goal of elevating their presence, enhancing their reputation and supporting with business growth.

You’ll be responsible for managing all of their online presence, owning a content calendar and ensuring great story-telling and consistent messaging externally. You’ll be developing news articles, press releases, case studies and project/campaign updates. As well as researching, and curating industry news, insights and social media trends.

Internally, you will deliver engaging content for company newsletters, staff updates and other stakeholder communications. This will also include supporting the preparation of organisational reports, presentation materials, bid support material, speeches etc for stakeholders.

The role will also give you the opportunity to help with planning and delivering internal conferences and external events.

The right candidate will have:
A qualification in communications, marketing, or PR
An interest in construction or built environment
4-5 years' experience in a B2B marketing/communications role with an emphasis on b2b
A portfolio or body of written work to share as part of the selection process
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills – persuasive, warm, engaging and energetic

Essential technical skills:
CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) and social media management tools.
Familiarity with SEO principles and basic digital design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat).
Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics and paid media
Proficient with Microsoft office suite
