An exciting opportunity to shape the live events programme for a new entertainment venue opening next year.
We’re looking for a commercially minded, proactive Head of Live Programming to build the venue’s bookings pipeline, develop relationships with promoters and agents, and secure standout events across live music, comedy and other ticketed entertainment.
This is a hands-on role combining business development, programming and diary management, with real ownership from day one!

- Very strong industry relationships across promoters, agents and managers.
- A natural business developer who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and winning bookings.

- Excited by the opportunity to build a new venue’s reputation from the ground up.
Is your experience in the following?:
- Own the ticketed events diary from initial enquiry through to show day.
- Proactively build relationships with promoters, agents, managers and tour bookers to secure new bookings.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into confirmed dates.

- Work closely with marketing and venue operations to ensure events are well promoted and delivered seamlessly.
- Shape a balanced programme across music, comedy, podcasts and other live formats.
- Identify opportunities to maximise revenue, ticket sales and the venue’s profile.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and corporate sales on programming strategy and private hire opportunities.
This is an incredible opportunity to help launch a major new events venue, have a senior position within an exciting and successful company and real autonomy and influence. Loads of exposure to sought after socials, guest list entry and heavy discounts across a group of venues.
