Front of House Manager – Creative Production Studio
Central London
£40,000–£45,000
Initial 6-Month FTC (Potential to go Perm)
5 Days in the Studio

We’re working with a leading creative post-production company based in Central London to find a fantastic Front of House Manager.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for people, a sharp eye for detail, and a natural flair for running a high-performing FOH operation.

This is a 6-month contract with strong potential to go permanent, and offers a chance to be the face of a buzzing, creative studio – managing a warm, efficient and friendly welcome for clients, talent and team members alike.

The Role:

As Front of House Manager, you’ll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area and wider studio support.

You’ll lead a team of five (receptionists and runners), own the client experience, and work closely with external providers (like catering and security) to ensure the studio is running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a first-class FOH experience for clients, visitors, and staff
  • Managing and developing a team of 5 (receptionists & runners) – including rotas, holiday management, performance reviews and team development
  • Supporting with recruitment and onboarding for FOH
  • Acting as the key liaison with external providers such as catering and building services
  • Overseeing room bookings, daily schedules, and studio communications
  • Running reception operations – but not chained to the desk! You’ll be hands-on and always on the move
  • Managing supplies, stock, welcome packs and petty cash
  • Studio admin including travel booking, courier management, invoice approvals, and equipment purchasing
  • Supporting social and client events and creating a warm, inclusive culture through studio celebrations (think Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, etc.)

About You:
  • 3–4 years' experience in a senior FOH or reception role, ideally in a creative industry (e.g. production, post, media, agency)
  • A natural people person – approachable, warm, and confident engaging with all levels
  • Someone who gets things done and stays calm under pressure
  • Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Experience leading small teams and carrying out reviews, rotas, and development plans
  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities – no two days will look the same!
