Front of House Manager – Creative Studio45-50KEast London – 5 days Leading independent creative studio with a passion for world-class creativity, are in search of a talented Front of House Manager to join their busy team! Based in stunning offices in East London, this is the perfect opportunity to join a studio where people and culture come first.
In this role, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring the clients, team, and community feel welcomed and inspired every time they step into our vibrant studio. Your leadership will ensure smooth operations of the reception team, studio runners, and daily tasks. You’ll help maintain our creative space as a welcoming, safe, and exciting environment, while also playing a key role in supporting leadership and coordinating memorable studio events.
Duties:
- Ensure a first-class service experience for clients, team members, and visitors.
- Manage and support the Front of House staff and studio runners including recruitment, holiday management, reviews and career development
- Oversee day-to-day operations to maintain a vibrant, safe, and creative environment.
- Provide executive support to the leadership team as needed.
- Organise studio events and create memorable experiences for clients and the team.
- Collaborate on developing and refining processes to ensure seamless studio operations.
- Provide Studio amin support including arranging travel, booking meetings, booking taxis and couriers, invoice approvals, etc.
Requirements:
- Experienced FOH Manager ideally from within a creative business
- A natural leader and people person
- Previous management experience
- Top class organisation and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive approach
- Someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service
- Calm and swanlike under pressure
- Strong admin background (able to book flights, travel, credit card reconciliations while welcoming guests)
- High energy and able to bring a great atmosphere and vibe to this creative office
