About the role.

Our client, a successful and growing IT and Tech solutions company, is seeking a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing efforts and shape their overall strategy. This role involves driving demand generation, managing the marketing team, and aligning with the Sales Team and CCO to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on demand generation.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to deliver strong results.
  • Create and oversee multi-channel content strategy
  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media.
  • Conduct regular marketing and strategy reviews
  • Collaborate with sales to support commercial goals with effective marketing materials.
  • Manage the budget and external agencies to ensure campaigns are on time and within budget.
  • Keep abreast of marketing and competitor trends
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and team management experience.
  • Good writing skills
  • Creative mindset
  • Ability to understand Marketing data.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A decisive and motivational leader
  • Ability to lead from the front
  • Genuine interest in IT and Technology.
This is a hybrid role with UK travel to company offices expected from time to time.
