You’ll lead the commercial strategy, build a high-performing sales team, and develop new brand partnerships across video, social, and live formats. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who knows how to turn creative potential into commercial success.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and grow the video sales function, setting strategy and driving results.
- Build and convert a pipeline of brand and agency partnerships.
- Package and sell sponsorships, branded content, and campaigns across shows and platforms.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align content with commercial opportunities.
- Report on sales performance and forecast growth, exceeding revenue targets.
