About the role.

Head of People – Media Venture | Full-time
£100K - £120K + bonus
Hybrid 3 days onsite in London / 2 days WFH

An exciting opportunity to shape the People function of a newly established, high-profile media organisation. Backed by a globally recognised parent company, we’re looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of People to build the function from the ground up—developing policies, systems, and culture that support a dynamic, creative and fast-paced media environment.

Initially working with the leadership team to deliver a large-scale TUPE, organisational design and change management piece of work.

You’ll play a critical role in talent acquisition, organisational design, employee engagement, and long-term workforce planning. This is ideal for an experienced HR leader with experience in scaling businesses, strong UK employment law knowledge, and a passion for building inclusive, high-performance cultures.

Successful applicants will also be CIPD 7 qualified / or equivalent, have experience leading TUPE and organizational design within media agency, content, broadcasting or sports sectors and in 300 + size businesses.
