About the role.

HR Administrator In Media
PART TIME - 22 hours a week - flexible with hybrid working
Full time equivalent salary - £35K - £38K
Part-time salary - £19K - £22K
Must be able to commute easily to West London/Heathrow Area

We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to play a key role in supporting the People Director and wider HR function. This is a hands-on role, where you’ll be central to delivering a smooth employee experience across the full HR life-cycle. Supporting a headcount of 70, you will be the 1st point of contact for all things people related in this generalist role.

What you’ll be doing
  • Owning onboarding & offboarding admin from start to finish
  • Posting job adverts, arranging interviews & managing the candidate experience. 5 star at all times!
  • Handling right-to-work checks, references & updating the HR tracker
  • Coordinating employee changes, benefits & contracts
  • Acting as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and being pro-active in finding answers and solutions
  • Managing the LMS and organising training for employees
  • Handling engagement and culture initiatives - creativity is very welcome!
  • Supporting HR projects, events & wellbeing initiatives

What we’re looking for
  • Previous HR admin experience - at least 2 years solid experience
  • Highly organised, detail-focused & proactive
  • Confident communicator
  • Discreet, reliable & comfortable handling sensitive information

This role is available on a part-time basis, 22 hours per week.
