North London - 5 days onsite

We are partnering with a creative production company, to hire them a superstar HR and Recruitment Manager. The organisation is fast-growing, and has a massive audience and reach. The team is around 20 heads, with immediate growth plans. A newly created role, you will be pivotal in supporting the growth and culture of company. If you are passionate about all things social media, this could be the role for you.

You will be involved in:
  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Employee Relations
  • Wellbeing & Culture Initiatives
  • Professional Development of employees and creating clear progression pathways
  • Promote sustainability initiatives across the company internally and externally

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in small media/tv/film or production agency. You will be confident managing ER cases and be able to offer sound counsel to managers. Previous recruitment experience is essential, and ability to handle multiple roles at one time. We are looking for a collaborative talent, who thrives in a buzzing, creative environment.
