HR Benefits and Reward Specialist - Immediate Start - FTC
Design Agency
£40K - £50K
Hybrid working in SW London – 3 days onsite per week / 2 days WFH
6-12 months FTC with potential for Permanent

We are partnering with an award-winning global design agency circa 2000, who are looking to hire an HR Benefits & Reward Advisor / Specialist to join their expanding People team. Working within a small specialist team, you will manage the day benefits coordination and reward administration. With a focus on troubleshooting employee queries and processing changes.

With a focus on building data and analysis across the function, you'll support on reward projects.

Duties will include:
  • First point of contact for employee queries and dealing with escalations from the team
  • Support annual cycle projects including benefit renewals, P11D and PSAs
  • Responsible for assigned Benefits Administration e.g. Pensions, Life Assurance, Group Income Protection
  • Partner with the Benefits broker to support with any queries that arise
  • Preparation of data, analysis and material to support Reward BAU and projects
  • Working closely with the People and Payroll Teams in relation to pensions and benefits and offering mentoring, coaching and support to colleagues

Successful candidates will have experience of managing UK based benefits programmes alongside total reward experience and bring minimum 8 months+ experience within Reward and Benefits.

You will be working across complex grading hierarchy with varying employee entitlements and so experience of a similar environment will be beneficial.

You will be comfortable managing stakeholder relationships and have sound market knowledge within Reward and Benefits. Experience across HRIS and payroll systems, with strong Excel skills is essential. Ideally you will have some experience working across global markets, but this isn’t an essential requirement. You will be a pro-active problem solver with an inquisitive approach. Must be free ASAP.
