About the role.

HR Manager within Animation
£55K - £60K FTE
Part time role – 3 days a week onsite – T/W/T
Hours – 9.30am – 6.30pm

We are partnering with an award-winning Animation company, who are looking for an HR Manager, to support around 60+ of the production team.

As the HR Manager, you will be a point of contact for everything People related and this is very much a top down, bottom up role. You will be part of a wider HR team across production companies, but will act in a stand-alone capacity for the production team.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be involved in everything from onboarding, offboarding, ER cases, engagement, training, wellbeing and HR Ops - a true generalist. Sound knowledge of freelancer contracts is essential and being able to manage employee queries around contracts where necessary. A trusted support to managers and employees – you will be the go-to person. The role will have a huge amount of autonomy, and you will behave an opportunity to execute initiatives and really make an impact.

We are looking for someone with strong HR generalist experience, ideally within production but essentially a creative organisation of a similar headcount.
