Talent Experience Business Partner – FinTech
14/15 month FTC
£75K - £80K
Hybrid –3 days onsite

Our client, a FinTech organisation are looking for an Talent Experience Partner, to cover maternity for around 14-15 months, starting In Q4. We are looking for a driven, inspiring relationship builder who can expertly balance the business needs with a “people first” approach. Reporting into the Head of People, you will be you act as a strategic and operational partner, accountable for the London office x 110, with a focus on talent experience.

Working within a team of 3, you will support commercially astute employees, focusing on delivering initiatives around talent experience. We are looking for someone from a Business Partner or Talent Development background, who has demonstrable experience of implementing cultural initiatives to high-performing teams, ideally within a Tech or FinTech SME. You will have experience of managing the employee life cycle and handling the day to day.

The areas of focus are;
  • Driving and improving employee experience processes including onboarding, offboarding and HR Ops.
  • Lead on cultural initiatives that better educate Managers to operate in line with business values
  • Develop positive change around 360 feedback approach
You will have strong commercial acumen, and thrive in an environment of intelligent, entrepreneurial employees and be able to manage strong personalities. Previous experience working at a senior level is key, and you will have demonstrable experience of working in a 360 feedback model. Data and results driven, this organisation thrives on analytics and a big part of this role will be data capture to make informed decisions.
