About the role.

HRBP – Content Agency
3-6 months FTC
Hybrid working – 3 days onsite
£55K - £65K
Must be free Immediately


We are partnering with an award-winning content agency, who are looking for an experienced HRBP to join the London team. A headcount of around 250 and growing, you will join a team of 3, a Head of HR and HR Administrator.


The role is a true generalist, and you will be getting involved in all areas. Supporting the HR Administrator with her development, you will improve processes and ways of working and be comfortable working within an agile business environment. You will manage all ER cases, and a large part of the role will be upskilling junior managers. Coaching and guiding managers on their journeys and supporting them every step!


We are looking for someone very down-to-earth, with a great sense of humour and proven experience working with a younger workforce.
You will come from an SME, within the media or creative industry and must be free immediately.
