Interim HR Manager / People Partner
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000
6 month FTC
Hybrid: 3–4 days in office, 1–2 days WFH

We’re supporting an award-winning production company in the sports and entertainment space as they continue an exciting phase of growth and transformation. With around 80 employees,
this is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join on an initial 6-month FTC (with potential to go permanent) and play a pivotal role in shaping and building out the people function.

The Role
As HRBP, you’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, supporting a passionate, creative workforce. This is a greenfield environment where you’ll have the chance to design and implement HR processes and frameworks from the ground up.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading on HR operations and people frameworks
  • Providing day-to-day guidance to managers and senior stakeholders
  • Managing ER cases and advising on best practice
  • Developing and embedding policies, processes, and appraisal frameworks
  • Driving employee engagement and communication initiatives
  • Partnering with SMT on strategic HR initiatives
  • Overseeing transition to a new HRIS system
  • Line managing an HR/Office Assistant

We’re looking for a confident, proactive experienced HR professional with strong HR Generalist experience gained within a fast paced creative environment. You’ll enjoy a mix of operational delivery and strategic partnering. You’ll be resilient, adaptable, and able to bring structure to a fast-paced creative environment.

Experience in media, sports, entertainment, or a similar dynamic industry would be an advantage.
