About the role.

L&D Partner – Arts Organisation
£45K FTE or £45K over 4 days
Hybrid – 2 days a week onsite


Our client is looking for an L&D Partner to join their team and help shape the future of their passionate and driven workforce. You’ll play a key role in empowering their people, developing their skills, and ensuring that they are always ready to meet the challenges of a fast moving organisation.


Key Responsibilities:
As an L&D Business Partner, you will:
  • Perform Training Needs Analysis across the organisatoon
  • Design and implement blended learning solutions and programmes, including digital, face-to-face, social collaborative learning and coaching,
  • Develop a variety of learning interventions, from technical training to behavioural and leadership programmes, collaborating with external partners as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous professional development (CPD) across the organisation.
  • Facilitate learning interventions, coaching managers and employees to ensure career development processes are inclusive and provide fair access to opportunities.
  • Provide valuable learning insights and expertise to senior leaders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Work alongside the Director of People to develop and implement a comprehensive People Development and Engagement Strategy.
  • Champion and embed company values and behaviours in all learning initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders on succession planning and career development strategies.
  • Develop and manage a programme of apprenticeships across all levels within the company.
  • Ensure the learning and development budget is effectively managed, delivering high-value interventions in line with business needs.


Key Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
  • Solid experiencein a relevant L&D role, ideally with exposure to the arts sector.
  • Strongconsultancy and partnering skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels.
  • Proven expertise incoaching and facilitation, with a focus on empowering individuals and teams.
  • Experience inlearning design and delivery, using a variety of methodologies tailored to different learning styles and needs.
  • ACIPDqualification or other relevant qualifications is desirable, though significant experience will also be considered.


We are looking for someone who can build impactful relationships, and be a real driver of learning across the organisation. You will have previous experience of working within the Arts or a Creative company, ideally an SME. A strong all rounder, who can operate across all levels.
