Managing Partner, Client Services
£100k (flexible)
Midlands-based |
Hybrid - 3 days per week in office

(Whilst London is within commutable distance, the following locations are ideal; Birmingham, Oxford, Manchester, Nottingham, Leicester, Cheltenham, Gloucester)

We’re partnering with a standout global full-service agency that’s coming into 2026 with real momentum. This is a newly created, senior leadership role with genuine influence across some of the agency’s biggest international accounts.

You’ll work at the heart of the business, partnering with large, high-profile global clients across brand, integrated campaigns, media, PR, social and digital. Alongside leading client relationships, you’ll own the commercial and financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring accounts are healthy, profitable and growing.

We’re looking for someone who has built their career in a top-tier integrated agency environment, delivering complex, multi-channel programmes for major brands. You’ll be a confident strategic partner to clients, able to spot opportunities, shape briefs with planning teams and ensure creative and media teams deliver work that genuinely lands.

Just as important is your ability to build trust and long-term value. You’ll have a strong track record of turning relationships into highly profitable partnerships.

This role also carries real people leadership. You’ll mentor and develop a team, creating a culture of high performance, collaboration and commercial rigour.
