About the role.

Hospitality & Entertainment

We’re working with an exciting fast-growing entertainment venue operating in London, sitting at the intersection of gaming, entertainment and hospitality.

The venue places a strong emphasis on community and inclusivity, attracting both dedicated gamers and people looking for a fun night out. They also engage with students and local groups through events and collaborations.

This is not a purely strategic marketing role – it’s is hands-on, execution-focused and growth-driven, with real accountability for visibility, bookings and audience growth.

You’ll take ownership of the digital marketing, brand growth and acquisition strategy and be responsible for planning, executing and optimising campaigns that drive awareness, first-time visits and repeat bookings.

You will be personally involved in content direction and campaign execution, while managing outsourced specialists across design, video and paid media.

This role suits someone who thrives in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments such as nightlife, hospitality or entertainment and who understands how to turn attention into footfall.

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • Plan and deliver weekly and monthly digital campaigns
  • Manage paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google
  • Track performance, analyse results and optimise for conversions and visits
  • Promote events, themed nights, tournaments and private bookings
  • Oversee social channels including Instagram and TikTok
  • Monitor engagement, growth and performance metrics
  • Brief and manage designers, videographers and PPC specialists
  • Shape and evolve brand voice and identity
  • Develop collaborations, partnerships and influencer activity

ESSENTIAL:
  • 2–4 years’ marketing experience in hospitality, nightlife, entertainment or F&B
  • Hands-on experience running digital and paid marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of short-form content, social platforms and trends
  • Proven ability to brief and manage creative and external teams
  • Solid understanding of analytics, conversions and performance metrics
  • Experience working with agencies, creators or outsourced partner

This is a unique opportunity to have full ownership of marketing. You’ll need to be able to work occasional evenings around key events and launches.

This is not for you if you:
  • Are not from the hospitality, nightlife or entertainment sector
  • Lack hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience
  • Are not experienced managing external suppliers
  • Do not meet the language requirement
