We’re working with a leading Architects firm to recruit an experienced immediately available Office Manager for their stunning London studio of around a team of 400. This is a key operational role responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations.

The Role
You will oversee workplace operations, facilities coordination and office services, ensuring the studio environment is welcoming, efficient and well maintained. Managing a small Office Services team, you’ll collaborate closely with IT, facilities partners and building management while supporting internal events and business activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily workplace operations
  • Manage front-of-house services, visitor experience, and mailroom operations
  • Lead and support the Office Services team
  • Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to resolve issues
  • Support health & safety compliance, including fire safety
  • Liaise with building management, vendors and service providers
  • Plan and coordinate internal events and meetings
  • Manage office budgets, procurement and supplies
About You
  • Significant experience in office or workplace management
  • Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing facilities, vendors and workplace services
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Highly detail-oriented with a proactive, service-focused approach
  • Events or hospitality experience is advantageous
