Office Based
Start Immediately until Feb 2025

We are looking for a dedicated and highly collaborative Office Manager to join a high profile small publishing and rights company in Central London for a new ongoing temp opportunity. We’re looking for a real people person, who feels comfortable working with multiple deadlines and can support the office and team in their current duties. As the Temp Office Manager you’ll be a core member of the team, liaising between departments for events and meetings, taking care of the fantastic facilities, and being the hub of central knowledge within the company.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage team requests
  • Liaise with IT
  • Set up Meeting Rooms
  • Organise Team meetings over Video
  • Ordering supplies to keep the office in the best shape possible
  • Being the main key holder of the office
  • Ensuring the fire/ health and safety training is up to date
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding staff
  • Being the main contact in the office for any maintenance or facilities issues
  • Keep the office looking great
  • Organise team socials and events

Knowledge and Experiences:
  • 4 years + office management experience
  • Enthusiastic and warm
  • Experience in and confident running an office
  • Are always happy to be a helping hand a friendly face
  • Confident with IT
  • A desire to keep learning and staying current on industry trends and technological advances in this dynamic industry
