Office Services Assistant - Advertising Agency
Central London28KTop class Advertising agency based in the heart of Central London is looking for a brilliant Office Services Assistant to join their growing team. Based in stunning offices with amazing perks and an awesome team, this is an exciting role for someone diligent and organised who will thrive in a fast-paced and extremely busy environment!
Day-to-day duties:
- Working with and supporting the Head of Office Services with the day-to-day operations of the building
- Managing mail distribution and booking couriers
- Managing deliveries and keeping a log/ track all parcels
- Assisting with room set-ups/ setting up AV and equipment
- Assisting with furniture moves
- Photocopying, scanning, binding, typing, amending and printing as required
- Booking couriers and taxis
- Assisting with general maintenance
- Assisting with the setup of event space
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an office services/ facilities / operations role (preferable)
- Proactive approach with a ‘common sense’, practical and problem-solving mind-set
- Able to work quickly in a high-pressed environment, a sense of urgency
- A great personality with a hardworking and diligent approach
- A true team player with a helpful nature
- Eager, willing to learn and a curious nature
- A great attitude, super keen to impress
- Confident
