Part‑Time Receptionist – Media Industry 3 days per week
London office

£14.80ph

Our client, an exciting, fast-paced media company based in London, is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a part‑time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a creative, fast‑paced environment.

This role goes far beyond traditional front‑of‑house duties — the successful candidate will act as the go‑to person for the office, supporting wider admin tasks and ensuring a seamless experience for staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
  • Front‑of‑house greeting: welcoming clients and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Managing calls, emails, meeting rooms and visitor flow
  • Providing day‑to‑day administrative support to the wider team
  • Acting as the central point of contact for office needs
  • Supporting ad‑hoc tasks and projects as required
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2 years’ experience in a reception or front‑of‑house role
  • Someone specifically seeking part‑time work and able to commit to 3 days per week
  • Experience working within the media/creative industry
  • Confident, proactive and highly organised
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, professional manner
  • Someone who enjoys being the face of the company and the person everyone relies on
  • Comfortable working in a creative, media‑driven environment
