Partnerships Executive (Part-Time | 6-month contract)Temporary Contract / PAYE £24.00 p/hrPart Time: 32 hours per week (4 days)Hybrid (1 days per week in the office)Start: beg May 2026We have a superb opportunity for a Partnerships Executive in a famous UK Entertainment Brand to step into a busy commercial partnerships team at a key time.
This is a hands-on, high-exposure role sitting at the centre of the team - supporting everything from pitch development through to campaign delivery, partner comms and internal systems. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in keeping both new business and live partnerships running smoothly.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading support on pitch materials - building, tailoring and maintaining high-quality decks for a range of partners and sectors
- Working closely with internal teams to pull together data, insights and materials to strengthen proposals
- Supporting (and at times owning elements of) campaign delivery - from approvals and asset coordination through to partner onboarding and day-to-day management
- Acting as a key point of contact for partners and inbound enquiries, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
- Bringing structure to how the team works - organising assets, and improving systems and processes
- Supporting prospecting and outreach through research, lead generation and market insight
- Providing general operational support across the team, including finance admin, reporting and event/trade show coordination
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in partnerships, marketing, licensing or a similar environment
- Is confident building and shaping presentations (Google Slides / PowerPoint) to a high standard
- Can manage multiple workstreams and priorities without losing attention to detail
- Is comfortable working across both internal stakeholders and external partners
- Takes ownership, spots gaps and proactively improves how things are done
- Is happy operating across both strategic support and detailed execution
Ideally have:
- Experience working with brand partnerships, licensed IP or retail/CP campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems or asset platforms
- Experience supporting campaign activations or partner onboarding
This role would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy team - balancing commercial awareness, organisation and delivery.
